These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of sikhostore.online (the "Site") and the digital products sold on it. By using the Site or buying any product, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms.

1. About the service

SikhoStore sells digital products only — primarily source code, scripts, templates and similar downloadable materials. No physical goods are sold or shipped. All products are delivered electronically immediately after payment is confirmed by the payment gateway.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have your parent or guardian's consent, to buy from SikhoStore. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide (name, email, etc.) is accurate and that the payment method you use belongs to you or you have authority to use it.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
• One account per person. Sharing logins is prohibited and may result in suspension without notice or refund.
• You agree to receive transactional emails (order confirmations, account credentials, support replies).

4. Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹). Payments are processed by RBI-licensed gateways — Razorpay, Cashfree and PhonePe. Once a payment is confirmed by the gateway, the product is unlocked instantly in your account and a download link is sent to your registered email.

5. License granted to you

Unless a specific product page states otherwise, when you purchase a digital product you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to use the downloaded files for your own personal, educational or internal commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense or publish the files on any other marketplace, forum or website.
• Remove or alter any copyright notice in the files.
• Use the files to build a service that directly competes with SikhoStore.

6. No refunds, no returns

Because all products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final. We do not accept returns and we do not issue refunds once a payment has been successfully processed. By placing an order you explicitly acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy. For details, see our Refund Policy.

7. No shipping

Since we sell only digital products, no physical shipping takes place. Delivery is electronic and instant. See our Shipping Policy for details.

8. Intellectual property

All SikhoStore branding, site content, product page text, and product packaging is protected by Indian and international copyright law. The source materials inside individual products belong to their respective authors and are licensed to you under Section 5 above.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

Products are provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do our best to test everything we ship, but software may contain defects and behavior may vary across environments. You assume the entire risk arising out of the use, performance and results of any product you download.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SikhoStore — including its owners, operators and contributors — shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or any product purchased from it. This includes (without limitation) loss of profit, loss of data, loss of goodwill, downtime, or any third-party claim. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall in no event exceed the amount you actually paid for the specific product that gave rise to the claim.

11. User conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to access areas you are not authorised to, not to interfere with the operation of the Site, and not to upload or transmit any malware, exploit or harmful code.

12. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time without notice if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, attempted fraud, abused our support, or otherwise harmed the service or other users. Suspension or termination does not entitle you to a refund.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged on this page along with the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
