Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No refunds, no returns
SikhoStore sells only digital products — source code, scripts, templates and similar downloadable materials. The product is delivered to your account instantly the moment your payment is confirmed by the payment gateway.
Because of the nature of digital goods — they can be downloaded, copied and used immediately — we operate a strict NO REFUND and NO RETURN policy. Once a payment has been successfully processed, the sale is final and we will not issue a refund under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- You changed your mind after the purchase.
- You found a similar product cheaper elsewhere.
- You purchased by mistake or for the wrong account.
- Your environment doesn't meet the product's stated requirements.
- You want customisations the product page did not promise.
- You no longer need the product.
2. No cancellation after payment
Orders are processed and delivered instantly upon successful payment. There is therefore no cancellation window: once you complete checkout and the gateway confirms the transaction, the order cannot be cancelled.
3. Failed or duplicate payments
If your payment was charged by your bank but the order was not created on SikhoStore (for example, network failure mid-transaction, or a duplicate charge), the payment gateway will automatically reverse the unsuccessful transaction within 5–7 business days. The reversal is handled entirely by the gateway and your bank — SikhoStore does not initiate or process it.
If the reversal does not reach your bank account within that window, please email us at info@sikhostore.online with your bank statement reference and the gateway transaction id. We will help you co-ordinate with the gateway, but the timeline and outcome of any reversal remain at the discretion of the gateway and your bank, not SikhoStore.
4. No chargebacks
By purchasing, you agree not to initiate a chargeback with your card issuer or bank for any reason covered by this policy. Filing an unjustified chargeback may result in immediate account termination and a permanent ban from purchasing on SikhoStore.
5. Disputes
If you genuinely believe there is a technical defect that prevents the product from being downloaded at all (i.e. the file is corrupt or empty), please email us at info@sikhostore.online within 48 hours of purchase with your order number. We will investigate and, at our sole discretion, provide a corrected file or working replacement. This does not entitle you to a refund.
