1. What we sell

Source code, scripts, templates and similar downloadable materials. Nothing on SikhoStore is a physical product, so no item ever needs to be shipped, packed, couriered or addressed to a postal location.

2. How delivery works

The moment your payment is confirmed by the payment gateway (Razorpay, Cashfree or PhonePe):

1. Your purchase is unlocked in your account dashboard immediately.
2. An order-confirmation email with the download link is sent to your registered email address.
3. You can re-download the files at any time from your dashboard — they do not expire.

3. Delivery timeline

Instant. In the rare event of a delay (typically caused by payment-gateway lag), delivery completes within a few minutes. If you do not see your purchase in your dashboard within 30 minutes of a confirmed payment, please email info@sikhostore.online with your order number and we will investigate.

4. Delivery area

Because delivery is electronic, our service is available worldwide wherever a buyer can access the internet and complete a payment through one of our supported gateways. Pricing is in Indian Rupees (₹).

5. No shipping charges

The price displayed on each product page is the final price. Because there is no physical shipment, no shipping fee, courier charge, packaging cost or handling fee is added at checkout.

6. Lost the download?

Re-download anytime from your dashboard. If you have trouble accessing your account, email info@sikhostore.online from the address you used at checkout.
