No, you don't need to download everything. The Drive folder is organised by project category, and you can preview / download individual projects one at a time:
- Click Download on your dashboard → opens the Drive folder.
- Browse the category sub-folders (Ecommerce, CRM, School Management, etc.).
- Open a project folder → click the ZIP file → Drive downloads just that project.
Each project is typically 5–50 MB so individual downloads are fast.
Sign in → click your name (top-right) → Dashboard → Support Tickets tab → + New ticket. Fill the subject and message and submit.
You can see all your tickets and our replies inside the same dashboard. You also receive an email notification every time we reply, so you don't need to keep checking back.
